By using AMealP, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

AMealP uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized meal plans and recommendations based on user-provided information, including but not limited to:

• Dietary preferences and restrictions
• Health status (e.g., conditions, allergies)
• Cultural food preferences
• Activity level, goals, and lifestyle details

These AI generated meal suggestions are for general informational purposes only and intended to help users plan meals.

AMealP:

• Is not a medical, nutritional, or healthcare provider
• Does not diagnose, treat, or prevent diseases
• Does not substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietetic advice

Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before changing your diet especially if you have health conditions or special dietary needs.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, up to date information
• Review meal suggestions carefully before use
• Verify that recipes are safe for your allergies and conditions

You alone are responsible for any decisions you make based on meal recommendations.

AI results may be imperfect, incomplete, or contain errors. You should not rely solely on AI output for critical health decisions.

If you create an account:

• You are responsible for your account credentials
• You must keep your login information secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

Users must be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if younger).

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

• What personal and health-related information we collect
• How we use and protect your data
• Your rights regarding your data

We take reasonable measures to safeguard your information but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Even though your health and dietary data inform meal suggestions, AMealP:

• Is typically not a HIPAA covered entity for most consumer apps in the U.S.
• Uses data only to personalize recommendations
• Does not provide professional diagnostics

You must consent to collection and use of such data. You can withdraw this consent at any time via your account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMealP and its owners shall not be liable for:

• Health outcomes resulting from use of meal recommendations
• Allergic reactions or adverse effects
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages

The app is provided without warranties.

You agree not to:

• Misuse or reverse engineer the App
• Upload harmful content
• Use the App unlawfully

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

These Terms may be updated. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law.
